What is included in my rent?

Your rent includes one partially-furnished suite, maintenance of common areas, wi-fi, electricity, water, heating and cooling, access to the laundry area, break room, waiting area, website directory listing. Suite owners are responsible for cleaning their individual suites.

How often is rent due?

Rent is due weekly on Tuesdays by 4pm accept cash, money orders. We DO NOT accept personal checks.

How long is the lease agreement?

The lease agreement is for 12 months. we do not offer daily rates.

How much is the security deposit?

Your deposit is two weeks of rent so prices may vary, depending on the size suite you choose.

What license do I need?

State board requires all licensed cosmetologist, barbers, estheticians, braiders & nail techs to have a "salon license".

We require both cosmetology license and your salon license.

Sublime Salon Suites was designed for professionals who already have a strong, established clientele.

What are the suite facility hours?

6am-Midnight. Our facility has a 24×7 security controlled environment for the safety of our tenants who may be working non-traditional hours are alone in the building.

Is parking available on-site?

Parking is available in the front and side of the building.

Can I decorate my room?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can personalize your suite with decorative art and accessories. We do allow (1) accent wall with a deposit of $100.
